What is Runlight?
A workspace for people who run appointment businesses. Start with your day, open an appointment, find the client’s details, and follow up on what needs attention.
Who is it for?
Owners of salons and other appointment businesses. Sign in to see what is available for your business and what still needs setting up.
What will I see when I sign in?
Your own business information. A new workspace starts empty. Your business page helps you get started; Today shows appointments recorded in Runlight, and Needs You shows the items that need attention.
Does signing in publish my business?
No. Your business details stay private until you review and approve publication and Runlight can verify that you can represent the business.
What happens when I change an appointment?
You review the exact change before confirming it. Runlight checks the current appointment again. If the result is uncertain, return to the same request to check it before starting another.
Does connecting a service turn everything on?
No. Booking, payments, and messages each have their own setup and permissions. A connection alone does not make them available.
What about ChatGPT?
Runlight is also being built to help customers find and book with a business inside ChatGPT. Availability depends on that business’s published details and booking setup. The owner workspace remains a direct way to see your business and recover a request.
What happened to the Runlight Review?
The paid, founder-delivered Review has retired. If you bought one and need help, contact support with the date and email address used.
